What counts towards your rebate
Rebate, referral commission and tier progress are all based on eligible turnover, and not every bet qualifies. These are the rules most players never read, set out plainly.
Real Money Only
Stakes funded by bonus credits do not count. Only real-money bets build turnover.
Settled Bets Only
Bets that are voided, cancelled or drawn are excluded, since they never settle as a result.
No Hedged Bets
Opposing bets placed on the same event cancel each other out and do not qualify.
Paid on Yesterday
Each day’s rebate is calculated on the previous day’s eligible turnover, then credited automatically.
The VIP Club is open to registered account holders aged 21 and above, with one membership per person, account, household, device and payment method. Referral commission works differently from most invite bonuses. There is no one-time signup payment. Instead you earn an ongoing percentage of your friends’ play, for as long as they keep playing.

Commission accrues from your friends’ turnover every time they play, rather than paying out once when they register. A single active friend keeps earning for you over months.
EKOR pays the most
EKOR 4D lottery carries the highest referral rate at 2%, followed by RCB988 sports at 0.5%. Slots run 0.1% to 0.3% and live casino 0.1% to 0.2%, depending on the provider.
Worked example

It depends on your play volume and which games you choose. On MYR 5,000 of monthly slot turnover the rebate runs from MYR 60 at Bronze up to MYR 80 at Black Diamond. EKOR 4D carries the highest rate on the platform at 11%, which returns MYR 550 on the same turnover and applies at every tier.
Which games pay the highest rebate?
EKOR 4D lottery pays the highest rebate at 11%, and it applies at every VIP tier including Bronze. Slots pay 1.0% to 1.6%, sports 0.8% to 1.5% and live casino 0.7% to 1.2%, rising with your tier and varying by provider.
Does turnover mean the same thing as deposits?
No. Turnover is the total amount wagered, not the amount deposited. Winnings that are staked again count towards turnover, so a relatively small deposit can generate several times its value in turnover over a period of play.
Do I lose my VIP tier if I play less?
Holding a tier requires less turnover than reaching it. The retention requirement is half the upgrade requirement at every level, so Silver needs MYR 12,500 to hold against MYR 25,000 to reach, and Gold needs MYR 30,000 to hold against MYR 60,000 to reach.
Do I need to claim the daily rebate?
No. The daily rebate is credited automatically on eligible turnover with no application required. Rebate is subject to the xe8 VIP terms and conditions.
How do I move up a VIP tier?
Tier upgrades are automatic. Once your eligible turnover meets the requirement for the next level, your account is upgraded and the higher rebate rate and birthday bonus apply from that point.
